Book at the The W Atlanta Downtown, by calling (888) 627-8187.  Please be sure to mention you are part of the NACCHO Preparedness Summit to receive the group rate of $189, per night plus taxes and applicable fees.  The W Atlanta Downtown is located at 45 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30308, approximately 0.4 of a mile from the Marriott Marquis. Note that this rate is available until Friday, March 24th or until the block has filled, whichever occurs first.

Preparedness Summit and NACCHO would like to extend a notice to warn of so-called travel/housing “brokers” who directly contact Parties and either state, or imply, some affiliation with the Summit and then solicit the Parties to sign up for housing through them.

No one should contact you directly regarding housing arrangements at the 2017 Preparedness Summit. Parties interested in attending the Summit should make reservations through the hotel directly, by calling and asking for the Summit rate, or by making a reservation online at the links provided on the Summit website.
