Speaker Resources

We’re excited to welcome our 2026 Preparedness Summit speakers to Baltimore and virtually for an engaging and impactful conference experience. As a valued speaker, you play a critical role in shaping conversations, sharing best practices, and advancing the field of public health preparedness.

To support your success, we’ve created key resources to guide you every step of the way. Be sure to review Speaker Expectations, which outline expectations, best practices, and technical tips for every speaker type. Additionally, all speakers are required to manage their session details through the Map Your Show (MYS) Speaker Portal—your central hub for updating your bio, uploading materials, and confirming participation.

If you missed the opportunity to submit an abstract for the 2026 conference, don’t worry—your chance is coming soon! Abstract submissions for the 2027 Preparedness Summit will open in August 2026. Stay tuned for more details and get ready to share your work with a national audience.

We look forward to your contributions and to welcoming you to Baltimore for an inspiring and collaborative Summit experience.
